i got them from stiff and they were £65 but you can getthem from chain reaction for £60

i'll be putting a lyrik on to see how it runs in the 160mm setting.....will more than likely keep it in the 140-150 range though (depending on what i am riding)

the double runs very well in the 140mm setting...the geo feels great in the 110-140mm range

I use the bike for everything, so I use all the travel adjustments.
